Really good service, our order did take a little longer as we only wanted 3 chairs, they are in packs of 2 so had to be separated. Chairs look great, they are quite high but very comfortable and go well with our new kitchen.

We ordered online- you are always nervous if you are of a certain age in doing this, however, the company Simply Stools acknowledged immediately, giving us an order number and email address to contact. They also told us that they would be in contact within 2/3 days when the goods were ready to be dispatched. They were in contact, and sent details of delivery. The goods arrived on time, well packaged and easy to put together. The stools were exactly what we wanted - perfect in condition, and exactly what we ordered. Thank you

We ordered six bar stools. The company offered a good selection of styles and prices. The price for the stools we selected seemed fair. They arrived the next day: great logistcis. They were well packed, nothing was broken or missing, and required some light assembly. Nothing complex: took about five minutes per stool. Generally pleased with the order, logistics excellent, quality and style as expected for the fair price paid. Nothing to fault as yet!

Do Not Buy From Simply Bar Stools If You May Return Your Order The stool I ordered was ok but not that comfortable for what I wanted, so I asked to return it, this is their response : We do not accept returns if they are assembled as they are then considered Used, and cannot be resold. This is like ordering shoes, doing up the laces and trying them on, finding they don’t fit and being told they are now used. This is illegal as a consumer has a statutory right to return goods by mail order.The seller cannot say they do not accept returns. Please see Money Saving Expert for details, to quote “the consumer has an absolute right to change their mind”. RE : Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 And at the end of the email they had the arrogance to say : Apologies for the Inconvenience. !?!?!
