As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

Pick up was on time on a rainy day. Delivery was earlier than projected. Have not opened clubs yet but assume all is good.
There were clear signs of poor handling by the carrier. THe ship sticks box was ripped and clearly banged up. Fortunately, my clubs were ok. Based on the handling seems like a high risk of damage is possible with this method of shipping.

I’ve used ship sticks a lot, and I’ve always had a great experience. I’m rating this past experience the best only because of my past experiences. This one wasn’t as good. FedEx delivered two suitcases and put them in front of an outside mailbox we have. I had to cart the bags from the mailbox up two flights of stairs to our unit. In the past luggage has always been left at the front door of our unit.

Process was all very easy. The “problem” was that we were told the package would arrive on 1/4 but it was delivered on 12/30 when had not arrived so the package had to be left in the doorway. Thankfully I had a local contact who retrieved the package from the doorway prior to our arrival.
So much easier to drop the clubs of at a nearby FedEx office and pick them up a couple of days later at another FedEx office close by when we arrived at our destination than to lug them in an already overpacked car! Delivered on time, and in great shape all at a reasonable price.

My two large items were picked up on time in Phoenix Arizona and arrived outside San Francisco a day early. All my personal items are safe and secure. Will use Shop Sticks again
