Quick & simple to use - excellent except … Estimated delivery times were misleading (7days including holiday) - FedEx map showed 3+1 for holiday - actual was 4 (3+1) as presented by FedEx. Misleading estimated delivery times lead to purchasing premium services when not needed. SS update said est delivery Tuesday and out for delivery (Saturday) at same time. Need to link to FedEx better.
