As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

Couldn't have been easier, the clubs got there and back on time, no damage, perfect. When I dropped them off at the FedEx location I asked them if using Ship Sticks was cheaper than just using Fedex.... the FedEx employee's response was "Ship Sticks is way cheaper".

Your customer service team is always the best. They help me find the best pricing and help me with the shipping label as at times it’s a bit challenging regarding either drop off or pick up. Also, my clubs are always delivered on time.

When I scheduled to ship clubs, you asked if I’d ship in a bag cover or box. In the past I always used my club cover. This time I chose a box. When I dropped clubs off at Fed Ex, it surprised me that I had to pay an additional 30.00 for the box. Your information was not clear.
I am a first-time user and was under the impression that ShipSticks picked up AND PACKED, then delivered. I felt this was going to be worth it since I was out of town and my clubs were at my golf shop. When I realized ShipSticks didn't pack, I had to scramble to get a friend to help. I forwarded the printing labels and he took the clubs to FedEx, where they packed the clubs and shipped them. In the future, I would just go to FedEx, have them pack, label and ship for less than ShipSticks. Without ShipSticks packing, it's not worth the trouble. When I pay for service, I want a COMPLETE service. I will say, when I called the support service, they were quick to respond, but, of course, they couldn't really help since I was asking for a service that didn't exist.
