As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

My golf clubs were delivered on Jan 3 instead of Jan 6 as requested. I was not at my home, so they sat exposed on my front stoop and could easily have been stolen or damaged. What's more, I had requested that the clubs be left in my screened in porch and that request was ignored.
Shipsticks were good , clubs arrived in good time nothing damaged! I would have given 5 stars if slightly cheaper as 400 dollars from Toronto to Florida was a little over the top ! Also didn't give us time of pick up but a day and found clubs on doorstep left for anyone to steal !
Ease of use and timely delivery!
The service is always easy and helpful. I called the day before drop off to change the delivery address with no problem. The cost is well worth it and shipsticks stands by their agreement to reimburse for any damage to clubs during the shipping. However, if you pack them correctly as directed you should not have any issues.
All went according to or better than schedule
I was notified by you that it would take more than four business days for my golf clubs to get to Florida. It actually happened in two business days, so I had no need to worry. Your online registration form was confusing. I was dropping off my clubs in New Jersey, arranged to drop them off at a FedEx in Florida, and have the clubs shipped to the same FedEx that I brought them to initially. There was not a simple way to fill out that information, and I had to use two forms.

I took my clubs to FedEx this time and it was so much better than waiting to have them picked up at home. They were schedule to arrive in Florida within 3-7 days. I got them 4 days after I dropped them off. Delivered right to my door.
