This was my first time using this company and since I was traveling to Europe I had a lot of questions. I contacted their help line a few times prior to booking and their representatives were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had my clubs picked up at home which was great and they were delivered earlier than I planned for. Great company, great experience and I would highly recommend them to every golfer out there.
Pick up and delivery times were met. However, hard case bag was damaged. Side handle strap was torn apart at top. This resulted in no easy way to carry or lift bag. Bag only weighed 20 pounds. Update. Filed claim and it was handled expeditiously. I will use Ship Stick again.
I inquired about our shipment because the FEDEX tracking showed no movement for 4 days. I received a prompt reply from SHIPSTICKS and they kept me up to date on the shipment.

I have been using Ship Sticks for clubs for a few years. Now I am shipping clubs and luggage, and it is great. They pick up our clubs and luggage at our home up north and deliver to my door in Florida. No more airport hassle with baggage claim or moving baggage to curb or car. The cost is minimal for the convenience.And fed ex is timely and ship sticks is easy.
