At Ship Sticks, our mission is to make golf travel simpler, easier, and more affordable. In 2019 alone, U.S. airlines collected $5.76 billion dollars in baggage fees, up 18% from 2018. As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.
My clubs were not delivered to the address I provided them. The clubs were to be sent to My Uncles Residence in Florida as we will be staying with them next week and FedEx decided to ship them to a Golf Coarse 18 miles away, because "they thought My Uncle was a Member there". Nowhere on their app does it state the clubs Have to be sent to a Golf Coarse, just asks for a Destination which I clearly gave them my Uncles Address. Very disappointed, read good reviews, now beginning to wonder if they are wrote by staff. The clubs were delivered the next day after several phone calls and lots of stress of worrying about lost clubs. Next time I will just use UPS and save me all this grief. FedEx IS TERRIBLE.
Timeliness of pickup and delivery
Customer Support was excellent. I had a request about delivery options and costs. The person who assisted was very interested in helping and thoroughly answered my question and concerns. Clubs arrived yesterday safely in Florida where we are driving to next week. Thank you for a great job by Ship Sticks and UPS.
The process is simple. The price is fair. Delivery was on time. Nothing was broken.
I’ve used Ship Sticks around 10 times to ship golf bags and luggage. Every experience has been a positive one. The customer service help on the phone is always prompt and professional and the shipped items have always been received on time and in good condition. Website is easy to navigate. You decide on size/weight of golf bag & how fast u want your golf clubs shipped. Everything went very smoothly, was able to track & arrived a day early. Very happy with ShipSticks & would highly recommend & will definitely use again.
Since this was my first time shipping my clubs I wasn't sure of the process. The website really didn't explain if I need to get the box first or wait till I get to the drop location? I called and tt an associate and he wasn't particularly helpful either. Since I don't typically travel with my clubs I don't have a travel case so I needed a box. I filled out the forms went to my local FedEx store and guess what?? Yup, no golf club size boxes. I had to drive 15 miles to the next location. I learned my lesson and called and they had the box and were very helpful. I would say a bit more info on the website or have associates that understand the process better for us newb's!!

It was so easy to use ship stix. The instructions were easy to follow. The golf clubs arrived on time everything worked out great, and no lugging golf clubs through the airport!
Our clubs were delivered in a timely manner without any problems. Updates (picked up, out for delivery, delivered) were forwarded regularly.
