Received various emails outlining the estimated time engineer would arrive - 9am-5pm. Engineer rang me the next day at 7.45 am to say he was 10 minutes away, when informed that I could not be available until the advised time of 9am he said he would have to cancel and reschedule the appointment for 48 hours later. I cancelled the whole thing. Additionally I sent two emails to the customer service department, both remain unanswered, tried ringing but only got the recording that staff were busy. Really poor service. Will never use again.

Easy to book the repair online but can’t see the point of providing loads of detail, including model number, when the repairer doesn’t have the part needed to fix the appliance. Otherwise the chap was pleasant enough and polite.

Everything was well arranged, and quick. Fixed my oven problem in just 2 days, including the part order.

They came out to my washing machine that wouldn't spin with clothes in, it had 2 hand towels in the tub "it won't spin with them in" he said, I thought its a washing machine, it's designed to spin with clothes in! He's the expert, took them out and put it on spin, "Nothing wrong, sorry about that, £83 please, slightly annoyed at the fact he checked for nothing else and left. I put a wash on 28minute cycle and went to collect the wife, when we returned 90 minutes later the 28 minute wash only had another 8 mins to go till finish. So there is something wrong with it, as i said in my initial description the timer jumps, apparently this is a BEKO issue. He's coming back tomorrow, I'm hoping he'll look at it proper this time, NOT IMPRESSED, WILL SEE THIS ISSUE THROUGH THIS TIME AND NEVER USE THESE COWBOYS AGAIN

I was told the oven was fixed paid £109 but advised to get an electrician out to check socket as the plug had burnt out and there was burnt marks on the socket. They said the issue was socket / plug bit oven. Electrician has said the socket was fine, issue was the plug caused by the cooker. Therefore the cooker isn’t fixed and I feel I should have only paid the call out fee. I did say the oven still smelt and I was told that would be from original plug that wasn’t even being used.
