I first contacted service site back in February when my oven initially broke down. The repair was undertaken by an engineer named Chris and all parts were replaced to what he said “would leave me with a practically new oven”. I paid cash on the day and the engineer left. A few weeks later the oven broke again with the same problem and I re contacted service site as all my parts were under guarantee. The engineer was un-contactable on the number I had for him and the company also couldn’t reach him. They called me to say they couldn’t send another engineer and would process me with a full refund as they couldn’t fulfil the guarantee. This was the 7th of July, it is now the 24th July and no refund has still been issued. I’ve been left chasing my refund with a non functioning oven. The company appears to only to look after you when you need the initial repair. Let’s just hope you don’t end up largely out of pocket like me. I will seek advice on how to proceed with my refund £228.46 is worth pursuing.

The engineer was prompt and got to the problem straight away. 10 out of 10 for the engineer. Not so impressed with an email asking for payment after I had already paid.
Whist I have no complaints about the quality of work and the service the company provided - all very good - I felt the cost of the work was very expensive and felt we had paid well over the odds for replacement springs for dishwasher - also thought we were getting a local firm which turned out not to be the case.
Your engineer Jack was very helpfull, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it, Jack was presentable, and explained things as he went along. I will be happy to use again.

Too many emails sent even after date fixed for repair with the Engineer for 4th July when giving different dates ie. 5th and 6th July. Engineer was efficient and job was completed in 20 minutes.

Waiting a long time for the engineer to fix my appliance and bad communication. Apparently they share one van. They said they would come to fix the appliance but never showed up and no phone/ text unless I rang. With a newborn baby it’s not ideal. I initially picked this site for the reason that they can fix the appliance quickly which is false advertising. Also been receiving texts with another invoice even though we’ve paid. The appliance is fixed but work on your communication skills
