No exclamation on outside box Very unhappy spent $150.00

The box itself is much smaller than expected. It was cool with the butterflies flying out although not all of them flew. The cake was the worst part. It was tiny and disgusting. It lacked the "diamond dust", i think the instructions to freeze it and then let it thaw possibly caused the coloring on the crystallized sugar to sweat off thus leaving just the sugar. Also the cake did not taste good. Overall not really worth $75. But the recipient was surprised.

Butterflies were pretty lackluster, not as on website, flew sidewise and not up. Cake was good, though

Everything was great , It was for a birthday gift and she was totally surprised and delighted.

For my mom's 75th birthday I sent her the the box with butterflies and roses. She was super surprised and love every minute of the excitement. Best cake she has ever had was what she told me. So nice to send excitement and joy through creative design. She wishes she could put it back together to do again

Ordered Valentine stuff and got party stuff didn’t like it

The surprise look on her face made it worth it. The delivery speed was also great!

Packaging and the surprise effect was great, however the cake is not much of a taste.

Never received the cake and I called and the person I was speaking to wanted me to go through so much just to find out what happened I told him don't worry about it never again he said buy it again and we will work it out later never got it free money

Superior quality and expedient service!!! Send a Cake is an amazing company, whom I would recommend to anybody for cakes and a surprise! The quality of the box and it's effect was phenomenal! Their expedience was also top notch, especially being as they are a small business! For example, I purchased a box for my girlfriend who lives in North Carolina, on the 12th of February and was given the option of a delivery date on Valentine's Day, the 14th!!! Talk about fast! WOW!!! The fool in love that I am, I forgot to put the Suite # to her hotel room. I immediately reached out to their customer service email and explained my mistake, Send a Cake responded promptly, fixed my error, and was still able to deliver the box on the chosen date!!! Good idea but not worth the price. I paid $100 for the butterfly surprise box. Again, not worth the price. The box consisted of paper butterflies, 4 pictures, small plastic roses and a tiny cake. Blutterflies worked and the tiny, size of a small muffin cake was good. The box was nice as well.

It’s creativity was top tier

It’s a great feeling that I can send a surprise gift to my sister’s 50th birthday but I’m quite disappointed bec the butterflies didn’t flew as I expected or didn’t look like the same as the butterflies in your website. I can send you the video so that you can see it on your own eyes. My sister picking them up and throw them in the air but they just dropped. I gave three stars bec it’s beautiful and I appreciate the creativeness of the owner’s creativity.

Arrived on time. The butterflies were beautiful. The cake was fresh,moist,and taste good. (I was advised of this by the recipient). The only negative is that it was a bit expensive.
