The butterflies didn’t work well. The quality for the price is okay at best

We sent the Disney Princess box to our 3 year old granddaughter and our 8 year old granddaughter. They both loved their surprise boxes with the butterflies and the strawberry cake. I will order from Send A Cake again.

Promised delivery was on time!!

I did not know the box played a song. If I did it would be nice to be able to pick the song

We had a not so good experience. The device only spit out two cards after several trys to activate it. It was my wife's Valentine's gift. Very disappointed in this product. I would like a full refund at this time. Poor quality.

Loved it will be ordering again

I was given a delivery date. Then I was emailed about a later delivery date. Then within an hour to that delivery I was emailed that it would deliver the next day! That’s three delivery days and it hasn’t been delivered yet so who knows if it will even get there. After 3 dates, lost confidence. Hope she gets it at all at this point.

I thought I entered the ship date to coincide with my anniversary.

It was a fun experience to see our granddaughter open the box.

Shipping arrived 5 days prior to Valentines Day. Ruined element of suprise. Because shipment was so early, it was recommended on package to store in Freezer. This removed elasticity from rubber bands so the butterfly’s were totally ineffective Overall total dissatisfaction. You live, you learn. You’ll never get any more of my money for your overpriced gift and certainly no referrals, but I will urge people to”buyer beware”

The many options, the product was exactly as described on line and the delivery was very quick.

Cake came as ordered and functioned better than expected.

The shipping options are a little vague. I wanted the cake/suprise to arrive closer to the date I selected so I chose to pay for "Express" shipping which according to your website the description says "Delivered by the date/date range selected" HOWEVER the other option which is "Ground" says "No delivery gate guarantee. ..... May arrive within 0-5 business days of your selected delivery date" And what I got was a box that was delivered 5 days early even though I paid for the Express option and on a Friday so it may have sat out over the weekend even if they were gone. So I did not know if the person I sent it to was even home, and since it was sent elsewhere vs sent to myself I couldn't just hold it or refrigerate it as I was told to when I sent an email to you. I just feel in this day and age if you pay for a more precise shipping option it should be more easily delivered closer to that date/day range. In terms of the cake and popup butterflies I haven't heard from them for a review so all I can speak about is the early arrival. And of course early is better than later but I just was shocked to have it arrive so early when I paid for more precise shipping.

She loved it

It was late, the recipient left, so I’m sure it’s still sitting on the porch. I’ll find out in a week when the recipient gets back.

My wife loved it! Loved the fact you can turn on and off the bubbles too! Reduced it by one star because the outter packaging was damaged and taped up to ensure the top was somewhat closed, I could see the item inside. This also impacted the message I include which was printed on the outside and damaged as well. I would recommend putting a second copy of the message inside to help with this situation. Not a huge deal but was concerned a bit originally but end of the day it was a delightful gift she was surprised by and enjoyed.

Very well received and was something no one was prepared for. I would say more but do not want to spoil the amazing surprise that this provided.

Everything came on time and as described. My daughters loved them.

It was fast arriving. Easy to order and gave the joy I hoped for!
