The flying butterflies effect did not happen as advertised. Out of all the butterflies only one flew up about 4 inches in the air while the rest just fell down to the floor! What a disappointment! In addition, the cake's was not tasty. This was not a good and enjoyable experience!

The initial cake had been stated that it was delivered but arrived 5 days late. I put in the dispute saying it never got there, and they still sent another.

Second time ordering and both times the item I ordered arrived on time and in good shape wife always loves the surprise boxes are great keep up the great work

Was easy to make my choice in cakes, and provide all the information to get our gift cake delivered asap. We were happy to know that our cake was received and they said it was really good!

At first, my wife and I were not impressed with the bubble box. I got her this for Valentine’s Day. She was so excited to open it, when she did, no bubbles!!! I contacted the company and they sent a new one out right away and it worked great! It’s kinda spendy for what it is, but super fun and cool. I got my mom one for her bday and she loved it!!!!

I thank you dearly for another birthday 🎂 year and your cake made it memorable and unique! I always try to come up with something different for my wife and this gift worked out extremely well! I wish I had an image on the smile when she opened the gift!

The experience and the memory was good but the cake was super dry. If y’all could fix that cake it would be awesome

The surprise factor is great, however the size of the cake is ridiculous. Cake should be twice the size at least.for that price….

I have been receiving Send A Cake for sometime now! They make such nice Birthday Cakes, Anniversary, Weddings and Children cakes they have a wide variety of different things to choose from when I was ordering these cakes! Keep up the good work!!!

It didn't work for the first few trys, then when it did we weren't ready as it happened so fast. Luckly I figured out how it works and reset it so then it worked. Cake was shmeh

Considering that I placed the order on Feb 10 ‘hoping’ for delivery by the 14th….. and that I live in the Northeast (company is located in Washington), I was pleasantly surprised to have the item delivered on the 13th!!! Weather (winter) hasn’t been very cooperative this year , so kudos to Fed Ex as well!!! Above and beyond with packaging, and the freshness of the mini-doughnuts get high praise as well…..Great Concept for any occasion..!!!!!
