Surprise was a success. However, if you ask me to rate it, in all honesty, some of the butterflies fell flat so it appears that it was packed in a rush. Other than that, the surprise met expectations

Wonderful gift and quick shipping
We loved the explosion of butterflies but the cake was not edible. Too sweet. Cake was too spongey. And our recipient didn’t like it. Didn’t really feel or look like a real cake. More like a shelf stable sponge slapped together with a sugary frosting. I get that it has to mail. But I think you should send a big tall cookie or something that will taste better.
I didn’t get it unfortunately (so nothing bad on your end unfortunately) the only unfortunate thing is that I couldn’t make a Claim on it for days after the fact? Like 3 days or something I couldn’t claim it as lost as it said it was marked delivered on Friday?

It was just really cool, and my wife and her coworkers loved it.
The cake arrived much earlier than expected, although within the estimated time frame for delivery. However, when the box was opened, there was nothing exciting to be found. The music played lowly, the cards did not fly out, not even after the button was clicked. Very disappointing.

Welp the message on the gift was on the delivery box not the actual gift and I paid $14 ish to have it delivered on Valentines day NOT the Friday before with a perishable cupcake inside. Other than that....
I was on a business trip and I had a cake delivered for Vday and my wife loved it.
The cake was inedible, butterflies didn't fly, and they flopped on the ground right out of the box.
