Great gift and service!

I ordered and paid for a bubble box and got the explosion box which is $20-$30 cheaper.

I did not like how my message was on the outside of the box for anyone and everyone to see. It should have been typed on a card on the inside of the box. I did like the effect when the box was opened.

Got this for my husband for Valentines Day. He works remote and it was the best surprise while he was at home on what would be a normal boring day! 10/10 will do this again!

Ordering process was great and gift box arrived on time, as promised! I ordered the Butterfly box. The box was cute and the flowers inside were adorable.The little cake was also great. We were a little disappointed because the Butterflies didn't fly,- they just spilled out on the table. Our little girl asked why the butterflies were dead :(

The bubbles never exited the bottle so it was Very disappointing. I tried to send a message to request a new one to be sent or refund but could not find who to send email to or call about the complaint.

this was an 80.00 joke, butterflies were suppose to fly when opening box, and did nothing except fall to the side with a slight flutter, very disappointing

I loved the easy to follow instructions. I was worried my wife was going to open the box upside down or something like that. The only thing I didn't like was the personal message was on the outside of the box for the whole world to laugh at..

The gift arrived on time and she liked it. A pleasant surprise. The music of the 'Valentine's Love Shower' box garnered the attention of others in the office. She even reloaded the cards to do it again.

Cool product but more than a bit over priced......not as premium as I thought.

They sent the recipient an email from the website ruining the surprise … but the product is good. Also I DID NOT provide her email. Only a phone number just in case she wasn’t able to get the package . So If you don’t want your surprised ruined don’t put the recipients number use your own .

I sent one to my sister and bestie n they both were so surprised n happy. I love how I wanted it delivered on a specific day and it was delivered on that day. Not like other sites…

It’s a cute idea, but I wish there were more options than just photos. The note was just lazily on a sticker on the shipping box. I feel like it would have been nicer inside the box. The cake tasted a little like cough syrup. We ate it all, but it’s not as great as they build it up to be. Please take the box out of the freezer to have time to thaw before opening. The rubber bands on the butterflies were pretty firm and the butterflies just kind of flopped out instead of doing much flying when opened. Again, it’s a cute idea, but I likely won’t be ordering this again.

My tracking number shows my package was delivered, but i never received my package.

My wife really loved the experience of opening her Send a Cake! I only wish I'd known the message would come on the outside box, which was less than attractive. Once she opened it, however, the presentation was phenomenal!

The cake is not so tasty, and the butterflies did not really fly up and jump out of the box as showed in the videos.
