This is an amazing business that allows to carry the warmth and love to others even if not physically present! My only improvement suggestion would be to make opening instructions larger and more obvious to follow, in order to reduce margin of error that spoil the surprise effect.

Bad cake quality bad service

I gave this 4 stars because the heart cards flew up roughly 6 inches from the top of the box. The ad shows them flying out quickly and higher. The real experience was not as exciting. My wife enjoyed it anyway, but I felt like I was mislead.

I wish for our area the one shipped to Hazelton I don’t think she even received it yet.. it was to be delivered Friday & looks like it didn’t make it in time and is at our post office 😔😔😔 Her birthday is Sunday and she won’t have my gift.

I purchase the send a cake box for my mom birthday. I was not pleased with the box, the butterflies did not fly out the box with enthusiastic thrill it actually fail out the box with little to no movement. The box was a nice size did not like i only had a option to pick one photo and the rest was zodiac signs and images which was not appealing for the occasion. I will not buy it again and i gave it a one star for fast delivery which cost me additional $16, now that i think about it pay $86 total was not worth it at all.

The experience of opening the box & the idea behind it is very cute but unfortunately the things do not shoot out the box how you see demonstrated online. They don’t spring as high & the butterflies do not flutter for long at all.

It was Great !!!!! But ! You should double box package coz box was a little damaged during shipping! Grandkids run bubbles dry. And I was able to refill the bottle for more fun !

Your product is so unique and fun to see my friend’s glee and surprise when they open the box. One surprise after another from the beautiful art on the outside to the clever design of the “fall-open” box, the flying creatures, theme music, and last but not least, the cake! What a treat to give and receive!

Definitely overpriced for what you get. No repeat customer here.
