My order was supposed to arrive between 1.30 and 3.30 sat in all day and I'm still waiting ,do not blame post office ,onus is on your firm for delivery ,very disappointed
Despite paying for a quick delivery I am still waiting for the item I ordered. Do you seriously think I can rate your service any higher? Perhaps you will surprise me tomorrow……… If you are serious about taking notice of feedback, good or bad, something will happen tomorrow…… So something has happened tonight: return to consignor has been requested. Not by me, so I assume that either the bottle has been broken in transit or the Secret shop has asked for it to be returned. Either way I am in the dark. Can someone tell me what is happening, please? And, better still, I have had a very prompt and very effective response from the Secret Bottle shop. It seems that the culprits are DPD who have broken the bottle. As it happens this is the second attempt at buying this whisky - the first through Amazon; that bottle was broken by DPD too! Assuming I receive the third bottle successfully as promised tomorrow I will restore the rating to what I believe should be a 5 star! Nil stars for DPD! Well, dear reader, I did receive the bottle this morning. I have related the Secret Bottle shop to 5 stars as none of the problems experienced had anything to do with them! So it’s nil points to DPD who although coming good at the final stage did manage to destroy two earlier bottles. Finally, thank you to the Secret Bottle shop for the extra wee dram! Cheers to you all!
