The first time I bought a bottle of whisky from you I received a bottle of port (order mix up). This time the order was delayed as you didn’t receive the stock when you expected it - but there was no communication. I was concerned because both bottles were Christmas presents. My complaint was met with a rather terse ‘May I remind you…’ message from your customer service manager. The delay wasn’t helped by a ‘how did we do? ‘ email and an ‘are you enjoying your whisky?’ email before I’d received anything. All a bit flaky…
