The staff in the shop are knowledgeable and helpful, always prepared to give good advice. On this occasion I ordered online which was easy a d provided exactly what I needed. Not the shop's fault that the Post Office delivered the clearly addressed parcel to the wrong address.

Torn and bent presentation box. Following your reply on this site. I can assure you that I wasn't offered a replacement box immediately. Your colleague wanted photos of the damaged box. The whisky was a birthday present and the date has now passed, so I no longer need a replacement box. Please, no more responses. You should get it right first time. Will not be using you again.

They had a semi rare bottle available, which I couldn't find in any shop in my city. Ordering was very easy and the delivery was prompt. I even used a small discount code, which was nice. The bottle was well protected with a thick plastic.
