Ordered online to send a gift to someone. It was easy to order, and there was a great range to choose from. The gift was very well packed, arrived quickly and definitely hit the spot. I have also visited the secret bottle shop itself. It is a really lovely shop, has an atmospheric entrance which really entices you in, a huge selection to choose from inside and very helpful and friendly staff.

I placed an order five days ago and opted for 1-2 day delivery service. However up to now, the product has still not been dispatched. To make things worse, this was supposed to be a Christmas present and by the time it arrives, it will serve absolutely no purpose. How long can it take to just dispatch the order within the time frame I paid for
Not next day , after paying premium delivery. Order should not have been taken if your days shipments had already left your premises.
