Although my order was processed and dispatched quickly and efficiently I believed that part of my order may have been incorrect. I tried phoning on the day of delivery, which was at the weekend but no response. I received communication from The Secret Bottle Shop first thing on Monday with a prompt and full explanation to my query. Wow, fantastic service from Emma. I have also noted that their phones are not manned at the weekends which I have noted for future reference. My family and I have been shopping here both in store and on line and will recommend them without hesitation.
