Staff were very helpful and patient with my daughter. They didn't have the righ shoe size in stock but Lauren at the merry hill branch went to the trouble of tracking down an equally good alternative.
Some nice boots for my girl. Fast delivery
Very impressed on a recent visit to your store in The Pavilions in Swords. Katie was so helpful and attentive to my daughter who was purchasing a new pair of Converse. Very well stocked selection. Will definitely visit again! Ciara Duffy, Carlow
Was told would be able to collect today from my local store and was given no updates on my order or where It is or when I will be able to collect it and shut on Sundays so will have to now wait 2 days after when I was told to collect and still no nothing on my order awful service would like to give 0/5 stars but unable
The best shoe shop for buying different brands from in my opinion. Stock is varied, always has my size and I buy most of my footwear from here. I only knocked a star off for the £2.50 return fee
Poor quality trainers and a sneaky 2.50 charge for returning your items! First time I've seen in done in this manner before - I would avoid.
Don’t bother ordering in shop for later delivery, bought in store on Monday for £85.00 order number 132-12-2029166 for Wednesday delivery, two right foot shoes arrived in different sizes, poor quality service, and inept processing. Suggest you shop elsewhere. Appalling all round experience!!
Great service from the branch in town last Saturday. A young Dutch girl. Wry helpful and easy exchange of shoes
Great experience, after visiting the shoe shop next door looking for trainers I was fed up of shopping because of their poor service and no stock. Then as a last resort I went into Schuh with low hopes but my original expectations were far exceeded when a helpful employee found multiple sizes of a specific shoe. The price was decent but it was even better when I was informed that I could use a student discount code. I had spent less than 10 minutes in the shop but I was sure that it was a far better experience than I had ever had. Lovely work to the staff in the Schuh situated in the Oracle Reading.
Served by Faye in Plymouth store, she was very helpful and polite. Exceptional customer care.
Poor service for a shop. Would definitely not use again. We went to return my sons shoes as they were hurting his feet, after 3 days with a receipt. The shoes were slightly dirty and they said they could accept the return as they couldn't resell them. What a rubbish customer service experience and would warn others before considering using them.
Nice model and very comfortable shoes. However, some of the models are a bit pricy, but for middle-range products, it is the best choice.
the formal shoes from the Schuh brand were really bad. I had a big shoe bite on the first day. They don't know how to make the shoes. Even a 20£ shoes is better than theirs
Good service and very well stocked.
They didnt deliver one pair of shoes and bullshitted saying they did
Shocking - this company hasn’t got a clue what is going on with its delivery service I ordered my trainers in store to be delivered to my home They then sent me an email to say the delivery was attempted , no one was home and they had left me a card - and I should contact Parcelforce to reschedule This never happened - there was no delivery attempt and no card and therefore no way to reschedule the delivery Having spent an hour digging through Parcelforce website I managed to find out that my address was incomplete and a delivery was never attempted ! Funny that ! Bearing in mind the staff member in store inputted my address I find it a little hard to take when I now have to pay an additional £5.50 for the privilege of ‘hopefully’ getting my trainers delivered (that I have already paid for !!) Sort it out - please !
Brought some Skechers in the Bath Branch. All seemed fine in the shop but the first time I walked in them I found that my left heel was being pushed to the right making it uncomfortable to walk (something I could not have felt in the shop) and the lining there was starting to come away from the shoe. I took them back two days later and was told by the manager as she could see nothing wrong and there had never been a problem before with these shoes and she would do nothing. I explained that if I couldn't wear them and they were damaging after a very short walk (stickers were still on the bottom of the shoe) they were obliviously not OK. She refused to exchange or even let me try another pair and would not even return them to Skechers to have them checked. Told me that I had no statutory rights and she was happy to leave me with a brand new pair of shoes that can't be worn because I didn't find the issue until I actually wore the shoes.
I returned a pair of slides but got no refund or any correspondence I have the receipt from my return and gave them the tracking number but still no refund as they have mislaid the parcel! One member of staff even took my account details to process a refund around a week ago but since learned that means nothing I have been promised a call back but not optimistic
Bought a pair of vans old skool. When they arrived box was battered and shoes had a scuff on them. Customer services sent out a replacement and I was told to return the defective shoes. Received new pair and they were scuffed in the same place. Also was told a refund had been processed incorrectly so had to transfer funds manually using PayPal. Was offered 10% off but asked for 20% due to the problems. This was rejected as I had already used student discount so I had to take the 10%. So basically have a pair of defective shoes for much more than what they are worth.
