Recently bought shoes which did not fit me, it had been a month but they accepted to exchange it and the new shoes came so quick! Much happier with the new shoes & the 365 policy comes in handy!
Received my order and needed to exchange for a smaller size. I returned the shoes through InPost two weeks ago now and have still not received the exchange. Tracking information is showing the item has been picked up but that it has now not moved for 10 days. I emailed customer services with the tracking number and proof of postage and they are refusing to send me my exchange item as the parcel is lost! This should be an issue for Schuh to resolve with the courier and my exchange should still be sent to me. A lost parcel is not my responsibility. I am hugely disappointed as I expected a trustworthy service from such a large company. Even small independent companies honour returns even if the parcel is lost, when the customer can provide proof of postage.
Everything arrived just in time for new school term
Returned item 4 weeks ago and tracking confirmed they had received but never heard anything regarding refund. I contacted schuh on twitter who said they hadnt received the order to which i sent the proof they had. Came back to me an hour later advising they had ‘found’ my order.. their lack of organisation shouldnt be at the customers expense who then has to chase for their money back. Similar situation with a friend who ordered and returned 2 items but they lost the parcel and as tracked delivery wasnt used they wouldnt refund even though they had the postal receipt; so £150 spent on nothing. Poor company with bad processes and poor customer service
Had an issue with delivery from Schuh (using Evri). Customer service was friendly and polite, spoke to a woman named Niamh, who sorted everything out within a few minutes. Great service!
Absolutely shocking. I ordered school shoes online using my visa debit card (also using a discount voucher they had emailed to me which worked) but I got no receipt of order or confirmation although the balance was taken from my account. On contacting them online via live chat help (for well over an hour) and via email (to screenshot the bank transaction leaving my account in their name) I was told that they had no traceability of my order whatsoever. Their solution was that I go to a store and pay again and that they would not refund me. (they said I could email them details of a parking ticket for them to pay for the inconvenience) My advice is stay well clear of this fraudulent company. Nobody of sane mind would pay twice. I am a most dissatisfied customer and I feel it is only right to warn others of my dreadful experience. There is clearly a problem with their online purchasing system. Also I had requested them to email me a copy of the transcript conversation and told I could download it myself at the end. ( I wanted to keep details as was shocked at how it was handled and their solution) but they closed down the chat before I had ended it and before I could download it myself) I have since emailed them again asking for it as would really like it for my records but have not received it as yet.
The shop assistant was extremely helpful
Please stop working with UPS, they are terrible. The worst ever, never delivered to appointed address. I have to collect it twice from drop off point. They don’t even bother to do their job!
Nightmare. Worst customer service. I bought shoes and they continue to send me bit messages about how I need to contact them. Absolute joke of a service.
You have the worst courier service. Not even the first time. Why did I even bother. It's been a while since the last one that's why
Awful They sent me a pair of boots that had a broken heel loop, missing labels and stuffing. These had clearly been worn before. I ordered online, paid for next day delivery for convenience. I did use a voucher for the boots but paid extra real money for the delivery. I complained, was issued an apology and sent a new pair, NOT by next day delivery. I didn't want to be out of pocket (time or money) to return the item, the reason I ordered online in the first place. I asked for a refund for the delivery and was sent a voucher for £4 which is F#@K all use to me as I will not be using schuh again. I have since been hounded and threatened by debt collection services. P.s. and the boots are crap. Horribly uncomfortable and delicate leather
Visited the Schuh store in Peterborough and had a great experience buying a pair of Dr Martens for my daughter. Lilah couldn’t have been more helpful. Came away feeling she had gone above and beyond for us.
The parcel got on time, no problems with the delivery. Sneakers look really good, perfect for the purpose that I bought them, good prices too.
Placed one order for 5 items. One order. Took the funds. Didn’t send any of the items and was automatically given 5 separate gift vouchers for each individual item. One order. Reordered with the same order number. This time 3 separate tracking numbers were given adding further confusion. This occasion the destination of the pick up point does not accept collections! Because I do not have an account with the pick up point. I cannot collect my items Schuh have to contact the courier (ParcelForce & Amazon Shipping) to pick back up the items to return to them, which will take another 5 working days before they can issue me with a refund. This whole process has been confusing to say the least.
I know somebody that works for this company in the Southampton branch and was told something that shocked me about what this company thinks of their employees. As you are all aware it's been a bit on the hot side lately and the employees were sweltering in the store, so the company did the decent thing ( at first glance) and purchased industrial fans for the store. But, it wasn't a decent caring attitude brought about this move, it was a dasterdly move which shows exectly how much this company cares about it's employees. They thought it was a good idea to charge each of their employees by deducting the costs of these fans from their wages. This is disgusting! It's been 30+ degrees out lately and they have the cheek to make their employees pay for the priviledge of being comfortable whilst working for them. Will the emplyee get maybe a fin of the fan if they leave? I don't think so. Will they be refunded the portion of pay they were forced to pay if they leave? I don't think that'll be the case either. They'll keep the fans for future use, which they did not pay for! I'd love to see anyone from Shuh justify this in any way, Come on, lets see what reasonable excuse you can come up with. I'll put money that Shuh cannot justify this in any way. If you think working for this company is going to be a good move, I beg you to think twice before doing so. They don't care about you, it'll b profits before employees, they'll quite happily let you work in very uncomfortable or possibly illegal conditions, unless you pay for it. Update, got some wires crossed. It seems the employees aren't paying for the fans, but are having to pay for the electricity to run them, which is just as bad tbh.
I placed an order yesterday and they arrived in less than 24 hours. Fantastic turn around and was updated via email every step of the way. I can 100% reccomend this company and the courier service they use. Also, placing the order was simple and easy.
I buy from here fairly regularly. I think I’ve bought maybe 6 pairs of converse as well as other types of shoes. You order, your stuff arrives, the order is as described and their shoes are very pretty and good quality. Customer service is a straight forward experience. A standard fuss free experience. What more could you want?
I bought a pair of Birks online as I was looking for a Black pair of Arizonas and theirs were at a good price with free delivery. Where they really impressed was their CS though. When Parcelforce caused problems with the delivery I went on Live Chat with Schuh. Schuh traced where my order had been left, I had to collect it due to Parcelforce’s fake “Attempted Delivery”. After I picked my parcel up from a local RM PO, Schuh got back in touch just to check that I was happy. Obviously their tracking update showed I’d collected the order, they could have just closed the case and left it at that, but they didn’t they emailed me again to check up. Really impressed, guys!
Dreadful product, Shoes received had clearly been issued and returned before as half packaging missing and shoes looked like seconds. Front of both shoes out of shape and definately NOT worth the £85 I paid. Thoroughly disappointed and do not recommend company
Great Nike shoes!! Good service. I received emails for each update. The delivery was quick and good. The courier actually knock my door and handle my package instead of leaving it anywhere and hope for the best. The shoes are super comfortable and has 80s vibes which I love. They are NIKE AIR HUARACHE (purple lines). Very recommend!
