Awful service. Placed an order for next day and am still waiting for my order. Turns out there is a duplicate order number and my order has ended up on the other side of the country. Awful service
I’d give this no stars if that were possible. I received one email from the delivery company informing me the day my order would be delivered. No timings though which is fine because I was going to be in all day. I then heard nothing else. I was confused so I tracked my order which has been delivered to a collection point. I was given no information about this and wasn’t even told that my order needed collecting. No email no texts nothing. Had I not contacted customer service I wouldn’t have had a clue what was going on. Now I have to go collect my order myself or have it redelivered but that will take too long. I also wouldn’t want it redelivered as I wouldn’t have a clue if it would actually turn up or where my order would end up. The customer service people for Schuh are as shocking and just blamed the courier which is a pathetic excuse.
I ordered a pair of trainers online early hours of Sunday morning, as soon as the order was confirmed I noticed the delivery address was wrong as it was my previous address!? As soon as I noticed the mistake I emailed customer services to ask if I could cancel the order or change the delivery address to the billing address. In the morning I got an email from customer services stating the order could not be cancelled or amended as they had already been dispatched and the parcel was with the courier already! I contacted Schuh through Facebook and again was told that the order could not be amended or cancelled as the parcel was with the courier already! I enquired if they could get in touch with courier and ask them not to deliver the parcel, I was informed they could not do this and I would have to wait and hope the person they’ve been delivered to would be honest enough to return the parcel! On Sunday evening at 22.00, 12 hours after speaking to customer services I received an email from schuh stating my parcel had just been despatched!? Then I received a text from Amazon shipping stating they had just received my parcel from Schuh! Monday morning I contacted customer services again asking if my parcel was despatched at 08.30 on Sunday morning why I received an email from them at 22.00 saying my order had been dispatched? They responded saying that there must have been a delay in the email being sent and that my parcel was dispatched at 08.30 Sunday morning I then sent a screenshot of the email from Amazon stating they just received my parcel at 22.00! If Amazon didn’t receive my parcel till 22.00 then it must have still been with Schuh not the courier which as they stayed was why the order could not be cancelled or amended! Despite the emails from them and Amazon stating my item was not dispatched till 22.00 they stated again the order was dispatched at 08.30 and was with the courier by the time customer services got my email so there was nothing they could do! I would just have to wait and hope the item was returned in which case I could have it re delivered to my home address or ask for a refund!
Top notch service! Faulty converse returned to the Bath store, no quibbles, gift card given. Bought new ones online (UPS delivery company were useless but not Schuh's fault!) Marc from customer service was lovely, very helpful, he checked the delivery update for me, shoes were delivered yesterday and he rang me today to check if they had arrived. I cannot fault their customer service and given that experience, I will definitely buy from Schuh again 😁

Don’t go there. No respect for customers. Purchased boots online in sale. Was sent a damaged pair. Obviously ex display. They were worn, scuffed and completely differed in colour. Phoned store and the girl I spoke to suggested that since they were in the sale it was ok that they were seconds. I did point out that their faults were not advertised. She asked me to go into the store. I took the boots to the store after seeing that Schuh have a seconds or faulty goods sale too. An identical pair to the ones I received, damaged and discoloured were being advertised for £25 less than I paid. In store though, they would only offer £15 discount. Because my size is more popular and they could try and resell them in store first. There were stores that still stocked my size of boots to exchange them but they said that the stores were too far away. The staff were not interested in the inconvenience the whole episode has caused me. The trips to the post office and into town. The phone calls and total disregard I felt as a customer. I asked for a refund. My life is happier without the boots. What a waste of time! I will never purchase from this company again and don’t recommend anyone else does due to my experience.Total lack of regard for the customer! The customer definitely comes last!
Got in contact today to report a fault with some shoes I had delivered. Caitlin was helpful and did her best. We need more customer advisers like Caitlin!
Great service, had to return some faulty shoes, no issues getting them delivered to home free of charge and got a refund as the shoes are now cheaper. If only all companies were as good at customer service.
Didn’t get what I had ordered!
My daughter bought expensive Buffalo shoes from Oxford Street store. The sales assistants advised her she should get smaller size than the size she is normally buying. She tried to walk in them at home for 2 days before returning to the store for exchange for different size. The manager of the store Whitney told me that the shoes are not in perfect condition and she can’t exchange them. The shoes are in unworn condition with tag and receipt. The store manager she was laughing and walked away from me suggesting I can sell the shoes online! Absolutely shocking. How can you try the shoes if they want them in unused condition? I hope this review can help people in similar situation so they can buy the shoes from different company as never had any problem like this before. They are nice to make you to buy but if you want refund or exchange they walk away and laughing. Terrible customer service.
Not sure about being charged to return shoes online...how do you know if they will fit, etc?? All retaillers should be offering free online returns in 2022!??
We visited the branch at Rushden Lakes. To be honest I can't fault the staff etc but be warned...shop around. I paid £30 more for the trainers I purchased and paid nearly double for the converse my daughter wanted and that was with a discount applied. We were told that the price rose from size 4 onwards as considered adult...that's fine but my daughter had a 3.5 and we were charged double the price we could have bought them online for at JD sports or House of Fraser. Lesson learned for us, so just shop around would be my advice. If you see something you like in there then look for it online to do a price comparison.
I got pair of boots of their own brand as a xmast present. After 4 times Of wore then the sole of one of the just broke i half . Boots were faulty obs , they dont wanna exchange the boots or give me money back . So they are selling faulty products and you have to keep it. Horrible customer service

I would give this review no stars if I could. I will never buy from Schuh again. The boots I was sold caused a rash all over my daughters body starting from the bottom of her legs were the boots touched her skin up to her face. I sent the boots back & Schuh refused to give a refund saying I need to get my daughter tested for allergies as their boots are fine. I have sent 3 emails of complaint with no response. She has never had an allergic reaction to anything, ever.

My grand daughter loves her new Dr Martin black patent with stars boots. Size 7 toddler. Everyday she wants to wear them. They must be comfortable.
