I ordered a specific wine to be delivered to my brother in New York from wine.com. I was specific anout the label and vintage year they shipped a different year because they said the ran out of the other and there was none available in all.of New York they never checked with me before shipping a substitute . I went on line and found your company the service was unbeliveable he was so helpful so kind followed up on the orser and made sure the year and region were what I wanted. Sjipped.the next day and.followed up with me. The Best

This was not the first time that I ordered from Saratoga so I expected excellent service. This time I needed a specific wine in time for Christmas and none of my local shops had stock. Sure enough, Saratoga had it and shipped it and it arrived on time.
I was told I had to order online. Could not get the website to work. I called back the store. They took my order and from there on all went well. Good price and received my case in about a week.
Everything went perfectly with my order. I even received in plenty of time BF Christmas!
