I have spoken to Jamie to secure my place and it went smoothly. Hopefully everything goes well until I get back my stored item in September. Very well lead by the consultant and will be happy to talk to him again when I have to store my belongings in the future.

Had a bad experience with these companies they have poor communication skills and make a stressful situation worse. Ended up costing me thousands of pounds in delays of missing deadline's and them not being understanding of my needs. Just want to get stuff in but they delay you further. A guy put the phone down on me when I told him I couldn't talk as I was using the WC. They call you in the early hours like 8AM after you reserve online they don't give you the deal that is quoted to you. And they bombard you with calls everyday as if to turn you insane. Finally ended up using my car as a storage solution not the beat idea but had no choice.

The online booking form was straightforward. The follow up phone call with Danny was really useful make sure that the size of container was what we needed and to confirm prices. As someone who doesn’t use storage on a regular basis and needed help, this is absolutely what I neede.

Due to personal reasons I fell behind with the payment. After making a payment arrangement with the area manager they still added failed payment charges even though this was not agreed. The wording on the invoice is incredibly confusing

One of the worst not clear and unprofessional person ever . Mazd , is very arrogant , very unprofessional , and he does not tell customer clear Things . He was laughing on me while I was trying to talk to him , and I was asking him information and he was answering : I don’t know ? Why this guy get paid to serve customers in a very bad way ?? Usless
