I booked a space and paid for it, but never used it. I have filled a cancelation form, almost immediately after paying, as I no longer needed the space. I made my initial booking on the 24 April, but its nearly a month now, and I am still waiting for my refund. I keep being told that my refund will take place on a Thursday - this was two Thursdays ago. As for the manager of the store, I never heard back from, they wouldn't speak to me directly and they wouldn't reply to my emails. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and have not been handled with the professionalism a company like this should have. Overall my case is giving a bad name to the company as it speak of their inadequacy to handle such a simple request. And I am still waiting...

Great facility in Winchester…. I have been a customer of SafeStore Winchester now for almost 12 months. The staff are always approachable, professional and extremely helpful. As my stay comes to an end I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and perhaps one day I will be back at the facility. They don’t offer 24hr service like some others, but that means the facility is always manned for added piece of mind. Inside is always clean, tidy, and well maintained.

Jason was very helpful and explained everything how the time of storage and prices was, also he was very friendly and not pushy like some salespersons I have encountered. A very professional call all told.

was tearing my hair out trying to sort storage out for student daughter and her friend, popped onto the Safe store chat messaging and Alita answered all my questions were quickly and a appropriate room was reserved and quote accepted. helped me out as i going round in circles and just wanted some key information that I couldn't find easily. thanks so much
