As my first contact with Safestore, Stevenage, Danny was patient and helpful. He helped me choose the right size unit and gave me information about local removal firms. I feel confident leaving my valuables with them.

Booked online as not local... process was straightforward largely because of Yuliya's amazing customer service and rapid responses. All questions answered, all paperwork done and storage facility booked. Easy. Really happy and would definitely use Safestorage again.

Yesterday I called your Safestore located in Wimbledon and the storage consultant (Danny) was very pleasant and helpful over the phone. He was quick, made the process of booking a unit very simple and was also very professional. Great service! Loved it!

Based on booking a unit Adams service has been excellent.

Left a piece of furnish in there Lobby area right next to there desk while moving a few thinks When went back to get it the same day couldn’t find it any where and no member of staff had seen it Went back the next day again and again all members of staff denied seeing it only when we asked to see the security cameras one member of staff come forward and said he had put it on the bin And consequente broke it doing it so Clearly they have some honesty issues The manager at the branch was very unhelpful and probably on it No attempts where made to call us when the item was left behind and they had 3 members of staff plus the manager that couldn’t be bothered to come of is office to talk to us because he was on is break and could be disturbed We have been trying to talk to the regional manager about this but again things as been in vain Don’t expect this guys to take any care or realspect for your Items Just to be clear the regional manager can’t be bothered to call back so again this is a company that can not be trusted We have asked many times to have a call back from the regional manager but no luck Also we haven’t vacated we still have a storage unir there we just moved some item out

Great customer service! I was a customer of SafeStore Wimbledon for 1.5 years. The staff were always approachable, professional and extremely helpful - any issue or question was always resolved promptly and attentively, a good solution was always found and I always felt cared for and valued as a customer. I wish more businesses were like them!

Dealing with Rachel was brilliant, she is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful, an absolute delight. Spoke with Neil a couple of times and he was very accommodating with my very up & down schedule, very polite and really helped me out. The units themselves are maintained in excellent condition and are very secure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Safestore especially with the fantastic staff.
