I want to give a shout out to Logan at the Manchester Central Safestore on 24 June. We'd been preparing to emigrate to Canada, flying out on 25 June. After an incredibly stressful and hectic day, filled with ups and downs, we arrived with a few final bits to put into storage only to realise we arrived 10 mins after closing. Fortunately, Logan was a lifesaver and let us into our unit before closing for the day. It was the one bit of luck we needed that day after a lot of bad luck!

The staff member who took my call today was lovely, understanding and super helpful. I just booked a storage unit and they explained everything to me clearly, answered my questions and helped me find something that works in my price point. Great overall experience and would recommend to someone in a similar situation to myself.

Perfect customer service

I phoned expecting the normal disinterested voice. Instead Junior answered the phone! He was bright, engaging, professional and more than very helpful. He made the whole booking process easy. Likewise when my daughter and I arrived at Safestore in Birmingham. Everything was spotless and professional and we were welcomed as users of the service. I will definitely use Safestore again😎

Our son had to leave his uni accomodation in Liverpool and his new landlord decided that he couldn't move into his new digs as soon as he had promised, so our son had to find storage literally in the 11th hour. The staff at Safestore Ellesmere Port were absolutely fantastic. All of the staff were so friendly and guided us through exactly what we had to do to secure the storage space for our son. We wish to express our thanks to Dawn and Callie (sorry if iv'e spelt your name wrong) who were really helpful and were amongst the friendliest people we have had the good fortune to speak to over the phone. Thank you all the staff at Ellesmere Port, you took a lot of pressure off our son. Thank You.

Danny was concise and transparent - clear messaging

I used the storage unit for nearly 18 months - moving in with the hubby. I made frequent visits to my units and downsized a few times. The staff at the store had been really helpful - they also helped me arrange a collection for charity and also helped me shift my stuff into another unit when I was on my own. I would definitely use them again due to the location and the friendly staff :)

I booked a storage locker last minute due to an unexpected relationship breakdown and Jonathan was so very kind to me. He even made me a cup of tea. The next time I came back to empty my locker, Jonathan remembered that I had a dachshund and cheered me up, even offering me and bringing me a drink! He went above and beyond and I can't thank you enough!

The guy I spoke to was lovely and helped me find a storage even that the once in Southampton were all full, he was full of energy and extremely helpful.
