I’m alittle confused with all the positive comments, most of the time it’s not good business standards to up and change fees and to impose ridiculous policies with out letting existing customers know . It’s a slap in the face when most are already living from pay check to paycheck and then if you can’t afford to keep it you must give a 30 day notice that was never made known before . That’s not being a honest business, that’s greed
l'm very disappointed, unhappy, and dissatisfied with this company. I can't and Won't recommend Safeguard to anyone. This place is not safe or secure to store your items. My unit was broken into and majority of my belongings were stolen. Your unit can be accessed at anytime by the employee's and other customers. No one wants to help or even tries to help especially Kimera Harris and Mary-Anna. They acts as if it's no big deal that my items were stolen. The district Manager was notified but does not reach out.He refers your issues back to the General manager Mary-Anna who does nothing but make excuses and lies.If you have an issue there's no way of reaching anyone in the corporate office. Do Not Store With Safeguard.
