Very helpful and kind employees helped me with my move. ( Cedric and Chris ). They also helped me find a very good price for my needs. My new storage place is very clean. I also was given a lock at no charge. I can only hope that I can keep this fixed price for as long as possible. :)
I was quoted $173/month with first month free for an RV spot. When my coach came out of the shop 2 weeks later, the price was $266/month and no month free. By then I was stuck with nowhere else to go! The cost for my expected 2 month rental tripled!

The staff were relentless in making sure everything was packed carefully before putting in the truck. They were the hardest working men you ever saw. Unfortunately they forgot a whole closet and I had to throw everything out as it didn't fit in my car and the truck had left.
Pay for my storage space online and it took 3 days for me to sign agreement and get my keys. And on each occasion the money went to business and was force to stand outside because no one was there .

The staff is friendly and the unit is the cheapest I've seen. The only downside is you must have balance on those ladders. But the facility IS secure. The staff also mops and cleans that's a plus..
Manager Jerome and Orlaine are amazing and helpful, organized and great at explaining all the fine print... the tour of the facility was detailed and the bathrooms are kept clean supplies when needed are up front and in stock if needed tape or boxes and so much more ..... Overall everything is a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend

Easy access, clean and well maintained
My experience with safeguard self storage has been phenomenal from day one. Wanda followed up with my inquiry immediately after submitting the request. Wanda was very informative and nice. The Hawthorne location is new and very clean. I love that the location is digital and you have easy access through your phone on the app! I would recommend safeguard self storage to everyone. I gave them a 5 star!
The sales representative explained the terms and conditions of the contract thoroughly. The sales representative also show me where my unit was.
