It is a very secured and clean facility with very good security features, as well as a very nice area. Customer service was also amazing, along with the plan they worked out and discounts.
The manager was really helpful and offered a great deal at the California and Peterson location. I just referred this particular location to two of my family friends today and they are definitely going to go as this location is close to their house.

I was treated well by the staff. I just had a problem getting back into my storage because the latch was bent which made it stuck.
Jim at the Darien facility took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know and showed me the locker space I needed with a thorough explanation of how the elevator access and floor access records all movements and denies access outside my storage floor. He further explained the entry and exit system so I could understand it all. Very secure building and excellent service.
The people I spoke with were honest ( well you will have to haul things uP another 15 steps) b/c I chose the cheapest unit). Well that was a no brainer. We chose a bigger unit which in the end was needed. The staff were excellent.
