Unprofessional, problematic and disrespectful employee. This establishment doesn’t stay open late. When we requested the code to get in from management the male manager hung up on us and never got a response. I hate it there for you go somewhere else

Bathrooms clean , facility clean, cool in side.

The prices and deals online are a lie and they spring all the extra expenses on you last minute. Also, the low cost listings online are for units made to hold a luggage set for travelers and nothing more.

The employees are always courteous and helpful.

Transitioning from one unit to another was seamless. The property manager / CSR helped me with this process as efficiently as possible. I’ve been a long time customer since 2021 & I feel safe & secure leaving my things stored here

Do not recommend this place the rates go up all the time and when you try to talk to the manager she is very rude and does not even listen what you have to say.

I'll tell you about the safe storage in Ridgewood I've been there for almost 7 years if not longer every time I turn around my rent is going up I had a $200 rent at one time it's almost $500 and they don't even have the decency to send me an email to make me know it's going up this month I looked on my emails I cannot find it because when I call the store the lady's telling me they send it on the 29th really cuz I didn't delete anything in my email and yet I don't have it because they have a person working there and ever since this person's been working there I don't get emails when I pay my bill I have to call up on the phone for them to send me my receipt they don't resend me my receipt I don't know what the problem is I've been there over 7 years you're making almost $500 on me $449 it's always like a $35 fee or something I don't get treated very well all I know is my rent is always being raised I never get a receipt I got a call to get a receipt what's the problem with the self storage the problem is I got to get out of there as soon as I can because for $500 I can get three times the room that I have I have a small room so everyone thinks it safe self storage is so great wait until you're there a little bit longer instead of having decency for you they keep raising your rent saying you're spot is in demands really because if I leave you're only going to start off with $200 you're not going to start off with $449 like I've been paying that I'm going to be paying this month it went from $426. to $449 without well let me thank you once again Self Storage that I've been with you for 7 years and get treated like less than nothing can't wait to leave thank you very much

Exceptional , exceptional , exceptional. She was so sweet made sure I got the best deal upgraded my storage for me so all my stuff can fit. I didn't care to pay the upgrade fee because she was so sweet and I trusted her. Thank you so much orlaine! As I was moving we dropped glass and I cut my leg and Steve came and save the day with kindness broom & dustpan. Offered me bandaids. First time using them I'm referring everyone. Updated mobile key and access to storage , very dope & very clean 😍 location.

Don’t rent from this place I’ve been here a year and half and they have increased my rent 3 times by over 25% each time. I left u store it because they flooded twice and kept raising my rent when I came here they told they hadn’t increase rent in over a year 6 months later they increased me and have been doing so every 6 mo that from here on it. There are better cheaper places don’t let them suck you in, they SUCK!!!

I went to inquired about a parking rental this morning. Ray took care of my inquiry. I'm so glad I spoke to him. He was able to find me a parking space. His service was impeccable, professional, and honest. He was very patient and took his time to explain in detail all the different specials for the parking rental. In like manner, Gilbert, guided the process with ease. Both these gentleman were my angels this morning. I highly recommend this storage facility to any one. The service is outstanding! A++
