Very upset! Sign up based off what the online information provides you and the information is inaccurate. Call the 800 number provided and was disconnected several times. Got a call today to find out my unit is the size of a closet not a unit that Typically holds 2 rooms of furniture as stated. The gentlemen who called didn't seem to care and just refunded my money. You can't reach corporate or any managers. Terrible customer service and false advertisement.

The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Bonnie, the manager, could not have been more helpful. She patiently showed us several units of different sizes, made signing in painless, and even helped us unload some heavy items from our rental truck.

We have dealt with this facility for many years. This is one of the cleanest and best facility I’ve ever seen and been in. It was a no brainer to rent from here We use to store household and even fine art. It’s a top notch location. The Assistant Manager, Melanie, and Robert, the facility Manager, are so friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would recommend this location. Super clean!! Great people!! Thank you Robert for all the years of great service and now the addition of Melanie continues to provide the great service. You guys are awesome!!! Thanks for keeping our important things and clean.
