Recently I had cause to update my resume. Since I haven't done this in quite a while, I went back to what I've done in the past. After messing around with it for a while, I decided to google to see if there was a better way. And boy did Resume Builder deliver! SO MUCH EASIER. Many templates, makes it a breeze! The resume builder tool was easy to use and I liked the writing suggestions. That made it easy to write my resume fast and included some information I hadn't thought about before. I forgot to cancel my subscription before I got charged again but I contacted support and they were so nice about getting me a refund. I'll be back when I need to update my resume!

I've always hated writing resumes, but using ResumeBuilder.com's templates and tools made the process go very smoothly. It's very easy to create
I was able to use the free trial version to start my resume, and then played around with the different templates to see how it'd look with all the different designs they got. The linkedin integration helped me complete my resume pretty quick. Everything in the tool made it simple to complete my resume fast. One thing it doesn't have is a cover letter builder. A lot of jobs in my industry needs a cover letter, and I have to do that on google docs. Happy job applying and good luck to all the job seekers out there!

First of all, this is a wonderful website for creating quality and customizable resumés. Secondly, they were very understanding and helpful with my account billing issue. My problem was resolved in less than a day, and their communication was spectacular. Very happy with the service I received and I will definitely be coming back to this website for any future resumé needs.

Beautiful customer service
This tool is not flexible. It is awkward to use. Getting info down to one page using its parameters is almost impossible if you have any substance to enter.
Scummy as hell. Take all the time to build your resume then tell you it is pay walled to download it. Absolutely terrible.
