Scam website that has stolen hundreds of dollars from me since my one attempt at making a resume through their site. Seemingly no way to recover my account, and my bank is having a hard time blocking charges from them. This is ridiculous and this website needs to be shut down.
This app is a scam and dump of time you could be using somewhere else for free, creating a resume in word or paint even. They have use dedicate time and collect information on you just to show you a price tag on your work at the end of everything.
I had cancelled my subscription right after I sent my resume to the company and got charged for it still. I contacted them and they got back to me very quickly and refunded my money back! I am very satisfied with everything! They are very helpful.

The tool is pretty easy to use and has a bunch of templates you can choose from, and they're relatively customizable like choosing color schemes and choosing which sections you want/don't want. There are a few things I'd want to see changed, for instance when adding volunteer work you can't have the end date as "to present" like with jobs, but I'm nitpicking and overall their resumes look great. If you're decent with computers you can probably make your own okay-looking resume without a service like this but it likely won't be as good and take you much more time than one of their spiffy-looking templates, IMO definitely worth the pretty-low cost to help in your job hunt. The customer service is excellent. I accidentally paid for an entire year's service instead of just one month's, contacted them and got a refund only a few hours later.
