I CANCELED MY PLAN and yet here i am, getting charged another $25 from my already empty bank account. please give me a refund. i am never using this crap website again

Having not written a resume in 20 some years, my writing skills were not up to par. I wrote what I did, and with Resume Builder, they gave me a better way to say what I needed to say. They were very concise and thorough.
first off I took screen shots of all of this but don't see a way to put them here. Everything seemed fine at first, got my resume built, the site says you can cancel any time from your account page so I expected to be able to do that, but when I went to the account page it says -plan basic -status active -expiration never. I go to plan options and click the drop-down and I only get only view invoices and change plan options. At this point, I believe I must have canceled so I click the upgrade plan to see what it says, and it gives me the ability to sign up for the 14 day trial or the yearly option, so of course I belive that I canceled it only to get charged for a month. Now I thought maybe this is my fault and the site is glitching so I made a seprate account at first glace the only difference is that it says instead of basic plan, it says 14 day trial, more importantly though, the option to cancel is in the drop down boxd for plan options, but as soon as your on a paid one the option disappears from that box. This not only forces you to contact them to cancel but due to the way the page is setup allowing you sign up for a trail for a service you're already using fools you into thinking you've already cancelled.

I signed up for the 14 day free trial and forgot to cancel on the last day so i was charged $23. Right when i found out i canceled it and later got an email saying they were going to refund me because they understood my intentions which was very nice and above and beyond. I appreciate it!
