I like the guided sections, with tips, info and AI to help you write them. What's frustrating is the formatting at the end. I wanted a one pager resume, but after downloading it found it was 2 pages. No options seem to exist for adjusting font and spacing, and hitting the preview button doesn't give page breaks. I had to guess what adjustments were needed and download multiple times til I got everything on one page. Even then, there was an extra blank second page I had to spend much time getting rid of with a PDF editor. Great content creation process, but the formatting hassle at the end leaves a bad taste. For a paid service, this should be as seamless as the first part of the process, as everyone knows presentation is super important in a resume.
not easy to save or print
I wanted a refund I forgot to cancel the trial and contacted support. They got back with me immediately and gave me my refund and were awesome. Just because of that I will be using resume builder in the future. I think I had made a resume me with them they are very helpful and quick to help.
cant find resume now
After saving my resume and finding an error, I cannot get back into it to correct it. When I click on edit professional experience. It will not let me change a typo. This is frustrating!!!!!

The templates were really easy to use and figure out, even if you’re not overly tech savvy. The AI was a game changer and super helpful. Costs are minimal. All in all, it took me about 12 minutes to build a resume that was far better than the one I made on my own and spent hours.
don't get me wrong your program is amazing and everything but I just wish you guys would've had the payment thing in the beginning so I'm not in a weird position where I've made my résumé and I sort of feel forced to buy it

Had premium account in the past. When restarted membership was unable to obtain previously created resumes. Paying $24 a month and when you cancel they erase all your previously paid for resumes.
Very easy to use!
I needed a resume quickly, and because I’m essentially retired, I didn’t need a subscription. I understand the competition and the financial needs to offer both a robust, integrated product and way to monetize it. Essentially, we helped each other - resume builder and myself - the way it should be. Hence, I canceled my subscription after the 1st month and was refunded charges for month two. Because I can trust them now, I'm not afraid to return and renew in the future should the requirement arise. Thanks! 👍
