I cancelled my account and they still billed me $23. Why would anyone pay 23 for 1 resume. I feel like the $3 I paid for my original resume was to much.
The website is a scam. I had sent them an email on 1/29/24 over my account and still have not received any contact. They charged me again this week and I still can't download any of my resumes without asking to choose a plan. This is ridiculous.

App had a bug where it inserted garbage information into linkedin imported resumes. Now they want to charge me the $71.40 yearly subscription in order to download the version without garbage information that I had to recreate. -- In response to their reply: 1. They admit there's a bug and that I was impacted by it. 2. They still won't let me download the corrected resume, they want me to pay $71.40 (instead of the initial price I had already paid). 3. I had already contacted support multiple times (otherwise they wouldn't have found the bug!)

I chose Resume Builder because they had the highest reveiw score . I do not need a resume very often but life changed and I found myself needing one . So I made a resume used some of the tools available and within one week I was employed at a great job .

resumebuilder I did not like this page at all or this is a very bad thing and they have told on Google that their resume builder is very free or at the end time when I filled in my resume or after downloading it at the last moment they asked me for money. . That's why this company is such a fraud.
They keep stealing from me. I bought my resume for 3 dollars and they continue to take 25$ from me as if I am subscribed.
