The resume builder tools are great, it was incredibly easy to use and the trial period was great!
It's "free" to create your resume, but what they don't tell you upfront is that in order to download the resume in a usable format you have to pay so you spend a lot of time creating your resume only to find out that you have to pay to download it in a pdf or word doc, so you either pay or waste the time it took to create everything. It's also overpriced for only two weeks of being able to use it.
