Good range, I use them for bulk white spelt flour which is difficult to get in shops. Delivery is pricey though.

Delighted with the service from Rattan Pantry, there was an issue with the courier but postage was refunded immediately, when the order was delayed. The flour I ordered was of a high quality, and have been delighted with the results of my baking so far.

Found this company after our local supplier was unable to supply our usual range of jams and marmalades. The company had started promoting their own brands, after a glitch in getting from their supplier, but we found these were inferior to what we normally offer our guests. I contacted and spoke with Sean who I found to be very helpful polite and professional. He was able to supply us with our usual brand after a week or so when they received from their supplier, but did suggest an alternative too. We received some samples and placed an order for a small amount to try. After depleting our stock although the alternate brand was good we needed to stick to providing Marmalades and Jams to compliment our existing range. All orders that we have made with Sean have been processed and received promptly. What else would you want. Sean, and Team keep up the good work and thank you! I am unhappy that they set themselves up as a pre approved recurring payment in my PayPal account without my permission. --------- Reply: I did contact you, via your website. You didn't reply. They are called Pre-approved / Automatic payments. It means you could take a payment at any time without my consent or authorisation. I am not happy with that. Every time I place an order an automatic payment mandate is created by you in my PayPal a/c. I delete it. When I place another order, an automatic payment mandate is created again by you. No other companies I buy from do this. ORDER RP49089
