While expectations for report quality are high, it ensures valuable insights for clients. Assignments are varied, and their helpful approach makes mystery shopping easier. I would highly recommend Proinsight. Deborah especially listened to my needs and created a programme that met my objectives. She was very patient and respectful of my time. The report they provided was very easy to digest, overall a seamless experience and would partner again.

I’ve been with Proinsight since last year and have done numerous jobs with them. They have some great clients and I’ve been able to visit several great places that I enjoyed in their own right, rather than visiting boring places just for the money. Proinsight are very easy to get in touch with and I appreciate their efficient communication.

In my experience, Proinsight is a really inclusive and dedicated company, and I've worked with several mystery shopping companies. It's great to be able to discuss issues as a shopper, knowing the team is ready to help and find a solution. One of the biggest positives of Proinsigh is that the evaluators give personalized, constructive feedback to shoppers. The back-office team are just as committed to working with mystery shoppers as they are, I assume, to clients.

I have been working with Pro Insight now for a good few years and I feel valued as a mystery shopper. I apply and get approved for a variety of asignments and enjoy the variety of assignments they have. All staff members I have dealt with a friendly, polite, professional and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve always had a very positive experience working with Proinsight. The assignments are varied, interesting and fun and I always get a reply to my emails or calls, even if it’s a little slower than other similar companies. I’ve built up a good relationship particularly with Diane and Hannah and I find them helpful, professional and friendly.

I've been working with Proinsight for several years now and really enjoy it! It's by far my favourite Mystery Shopping company and definitely has the best range of assignments available. Sam keeps me busy with plenty of work and everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend!

Proinsight is such fun! It really is a guilty pleasure to be able to offer a shoppers perspective in the moment of the assignment. It's interesting to be covert, and to really embrace the surroundings of the assignment and grow your own skills in communication and third party writing. Diane and Grace have been amazing coordinators who help assign the jobs and if you need a quick chat they're always so approachable. Proinsight is such a versatile company and one I love being able to support and work for. Feedback is always fair and quick.

I am a mystery shopper with over 18 years experience in the field and have to say that Pro Insight has been the best company I’ve worked with. Staff are responsive to queries, I am offered a range of interesting and exciting assignments and I’m given valuable feedback on areas I can improve on. Would highly recommend the company for any business looking for a valuable insight on how they can improve their operation and for any would-be mystery shoppers looking to get started in the field.

The team are excellent and very responsive, in particular, Grace , who is polite and professional at all times, she never stops until every task is completed. A really assets to pro insight ! I use Proinsight for Mystery shopping. The insight I gain really helps by business and means I can tailor staff training. The information is easy to understand and a useful retention tool that I can share with staff.

Have to agree with the other negative comments here. It's next to impossible to get given an assignment. You have to write a comment about why you should be given the assignment. Then it gets ignored, regardless how long you've been with the company. You don't get told it's declined, it just disappears from the list of your applications on part of the website. If you email them, they ignore you. I don't think they have ever replied to an email I've sent. Calling is a waste of time. Of all the companies I work for, this is the least logical, least shopper-centric, most badly organised, and frankly rudest of them all (ok, after Marketforce maybe). They often aren't prompt with reviewing shopper reports, and of all the mystery shopping agencies, they are always the slowest to pay, (often just because they didn't review your report in time for their pay period). I'm expecting a reply here from the company, like on the other negative reviews, asking for specific examples, but frankly it all just happens constantly and writing out examples would be futile. Sorry guys but you really, really need to figure out how to make this process quicker and fairer for shoppers because the current system is extremely inconvenient for us.

I applied for gym membership work with this company. They went through the assignment on the phone and I had to call the gym, visit the gym then book a class, book an induction and book a swim. So for the grand fee of £40 for three visits I had to visit the gym and have a tour. I was then told that at my next visit I had to have the induction (which takes over an hour), attend a class for another hour and swim. For my third visit I had to book another class and swim. On all occasions I was to observe the showers and changing rooms. I explained that it was a lot for one person to do so much physically in each visit but then told by both staff members at Proinsight "Oh just spend 10 minutes in each and tell the instructor you have to leave". You can't leave after 10 minutes in an induction nor a class. This is lying to get me to carry out the visits - each lasting 2 hours or more. The final nail in the coffin was I was told to sign up to the gym before the 23rd of the month and make arrangements to pay 2 direct debits as I had to take out a minimum 3 month contract. I was promised that I would be paid on 15th of the following month. LIES. I had to have my work proof read which went into the following month and consequently missed the deadline so was reimbursed 6 weeks later. They also told me after each direct debit was taken, I had to email to reclaim it. Well that wasn't going to happen as they don't reply to emails for five days. Phone calls are never picked up and when they do reply to a voicemail, their excuse was they were on meetings all day the day before. So to get the job assigned, they lied to me about payment dates and the actual work involved. It became such a headache I became unwell and I had no interest in putting in a decent report, especially after spending over two hours in a gym. Knowing this was not a shopper friendly company, I cancelled the gym direct debits. I was threatened with legal action by the gym and forwarded all correspondence to Proinsight who said they forward it to the account manager. This went on for nearly five weeks. The coordinator kept putting in the wrong dates for my assignments so they began to show as late for which I received black marks. The staff at Proinsight are sales staff. They know nothing about mystery shopping. Mystery shoppers tell a story not a lie to get the job done.

Great organisation which takes insights + customer service very seriously. As someone who is using their platform from a "user" perspective, the system is super easy to use and it's set up in a way to ensure ease for the users. Also LOVE their "explainer" videos which are clear and concise and a great way to refresh anything you may have missed. Great work team!

I've not long been a mystery shopper but my experience has been great. Ayo has been helping me a lot and has been in touch regularly to see how I am getting on and its really boosted my confidence in my first couple of mystery shops.

It's fairly early days for me with Proinsight, but all the signs are positive so far. Of the mystery shopping companies I am signed up with, I have found the assignments and team at Proinsight to be great. Hugh and the team have always been responsive and supportive. Expectations are very high with respect to the quality of reports you submit, but if you can maintain this, then there should be lots of opportunities. Looking forward to seeing where the future goes with them....
