Best mystery shopping company out there by far!! I have been having some real issues with other mystery shops such as ishop and Amber arch. All this has just made me so grateful to have this company under my belt. My coordinator Siobhan is amazing so helpful and always responds. No issues at all so far and I've been working for them for a while now.

Really good company. I've been dabbling in a few of these Mystery shop companies for a while now and Proinsight is the best so far. The jobs are straightforward and enjoyable and real life people actually communicate with you. I've been paid for jobs with no issues. My one gripe is the lack of jobs available - I would love to see a few more on here, but I'm hoping there will be a new wave soon!

I WON'T be using you again Proinsight. I wasn't paid today after completing my mystery bowling visit at the start of January. £43 reimbursed but I ended up spending about £60 as they don't allow you enough for the bowling and food!!!! Added bank details etc when I set up my proinsight account. I'm not new to this, I mystery shop for HGEM & IShopForIpsos. I know what I'm doing. Only today - apparently- I haven't added my bank details. Accept I go in again and yet again have to fill in the same details as the first time around!?! Now apparently I'm being charged £5 because they couldn't pay me today and I have to wait until the 15th March!?!?! Your company is a JOKE. I won't be doing anything for you again.

The whole team is wonderful when you are really stuck and everything is going wrong with the assignment. But Antonio has been a real wizard. Everything from a practical to a technical aspect had gone wrong with my assignments.I had worked the whole day trying to submit the assignments but it wouldn't go through hence missed the deadline.I emailed support and Antonio magically sorted out the major issues. I am so grateful to Antonio for today and previous issues I had encountered. 😊

Really fantastic company and team at Proinsight. Set up, programme launch and delivery was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

I was initially very pleased with the experience as the communication was great and it was always clear what was required of me. That is the only reason it's not a 1 star review currently. Unfortunately, however, I have not been paid for my first month's pay. I made sure all the details were correct on my side several times and after many inquiries I was told the person in charge of investigating was on annual leave. This was almost 2 weeks ago and I've received no contact since so I have little faith I will be reimbursed for my July or August statements. In essence, I have spent £100 to give them free feedback so I'm really disappointed. Updated: I've been paid today for the July statement, so, all being well with my August payment, I look forward to participating in more mystery shops.

I really enjoyed my week of work experience with Proinsight. The whole team were welcoming and friendly; it was a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for me to have.

Was going to sign up to this like the idea of being a mystery shopper as always like to share views on here about businesses, my please read the privacy terms before you do so, it totally put me off they record your calls and messages, know everything you search for using your ip and share your details not only with uk but outside the EU aswell, I would expect more privacy as a mystery shopper, what happened to just sharing views it’s a total invade of your privacy.

Just wanted you to know how grateful we are for Andrew! I know it is a service we pay for but he always goes out of his way to explain things and leave no stone unturned. He’s a really good asset to your team

Extremely unhappy with proinsight, I am a mystery shopper and have recently done a shop for them, proinsight never cancelled the membership with the company I shopped with (I was told they do this and not to do it myself) This has led to a charge on my account of £54, I reported this on the 28th of Feb and I am still waiting on a response to confirm that they will refund the money, I have to chase every time and get told someone will get back to me. Still waiting, really disappointed!

A really great company that's big enough to have a fantastic selection of mystery shops, but small enough that you feel like part of the Proinsight family. Supportive and encouraging, they offer friendly advice and guidance to complete all types of surveys.

Very good service from all. I was having problems with a shop on the shops end and I tried getting advice from a programme coordinator. He gave me great advice and as I still needed help in certain area I asked again and that programme coordinator wasn’t in that day and was directed to a new one. He had a look and instantly gave me great advice and I was able to get my shop done effectively. Keep up the good work!

Really good company/team. Always give me positive feedback whether there’s shops for me or not. All the staff are really helpful if I am struggling with a shop and let me know what I need to do.

I have worked with a few mystery shopping companies but Pro Insight is by far my favourite. The assignments are always interesting & well paid. I like how easy it is to browse the jobs available and select the ones you are interested in. I have to give a special mention to Jordan who has been a fantastic help throughout my mystery shopping journey. He has helped me so much with assignments when I have been a bit overwhelmed by the instructions. He will guide me through them & has always been friendly & helpful on the phone & via text. He is a credit to Pro Insight. I like how they pay you monthly so you can soon build up a good balance of jobs per month.

Proinsight is a wonderful company to work for; efficient, friendly staff and great mystery shops to choose from! Lots of lovely experiences so far.
