Grace was particularly helpful as both a Mystery Shopper and a client. They could tighten up their video shop assessments a bit, as currently, they seem to be assessing the shopper and matching videos to questionnaires rather than evaluating CX.

Having started mystery shopping just 4 months ago, Proinsight is one of many MS companies that I joined. However, it has fast become the one I check first for new assignments in my area, with most of the team always very helpful and easy to deal with. 5***** from me, and I hope it stays this way!

Proinsight is a fantastic company to work for. As well as helping to improve customer service, supplement income, one gains insight into how companies work. Hugh, Project Manager is great to work with, responding to questions and providing updates.

I made my first mystery shop the other day, and it's easy to do. Just follow the instructions, do the mystery shop then fill out the survey and that's it! I spoke to Chelsea, she was lovely and so helpful with advice and what I needed to do. If I need help I know she's on the end of the phone to support me. Great company to work for

Been working with the team for years and they’re just amazing. Special shout out to Hugh who is super friendly and kind and has always been great with me and Chelsea who has an amazing, chilled out and friendly approach. Always have a laugh with them and it’s always an enjoyable experience working with them. Can’t express enough how great they are and how much they’ve helped me.

I like that I get my account 'loaded' up without having to apply for work. It is now a standing joke between myself and Sam (who is always; professional, listens, cares, humourous and reacts), in particular! What I do think is a lot better is the fact that I know Sam will get back to me as soon as possible and always responds to my queries and assists where possible. Sam, Claire and Diane allow me to gripe and moan with good humour. Humour is so important, in this job and I appreciate that the guys can take a 'beating' and joke with me. I think Proinsight has grown and developed since I joined and the only slightly negative comment I have is the 'scoring'. I admit I don't look at the scores anymore. But I have to say that whoever recruits the project coordinators is doing a cracking job because these guys make an effort to ensure that we know what we are doing and constantly show their appreciation for our efforts!

Great mystery shopping company to work for. A wide range of available jobs, very easy to get hold of if any issues. Most staff I have dealt with are excellent but Sam in particular is always helpful and responsive!

Proinsight have been the best mystery shopping company I have worked with. Their sign up process was easy. I applied for a shop and was assigned the shop within a few days via a phone call. I attended my shop and the brief for the job was clear so I knew exactly what was needed from me. I was then paid on the advised date which was amazing to have earned some money while attending a location I would normally go to anyway! I will 100% be working with them in the future.

Great company to be work for led by Hannah and her team of able assistants. I’ve completed a number of assignments for the company and enjoyed stellar support when things haven’t gone quite to plan or my circumstances have changed. The latest to join the team is Chelsea and a welcome addition she is. She’s slotted in seamlessly and has both a friendly demeanour and a supportive attitude. She’s made a big impression upon me and I look forward to working with her on many projects in future. My only point of dissatisfaction is the star system as I don’t think this always reflects the effort and quality of submitted reports. Other than that though, Proinsight are a great company to work for. 😊

No one seems to be employed by Proinsight. If you apply for jobs they are not automatically assigned, you have to wait to be allocated the job, and that never happens without you ringing up and chasing, often having to leave multiple messages or request for call backs. The automated phone system is very poor and , unprofessional with multiple voices including a twangy American computer voice, Proinsight should listen and try and get through themselves to see what I mean. If you have a query on a job it is impossible to get a timely response, emails are not responded to yet you receive regular auto chase ups. ANSWER THE PHONES AND RESPOND TO SHOPPERS’ QUERIES! Assignments are ‘marked’, please explain if an assignment is submitted on time why full marks are not given for timeliness? A very poor business model run on fresh air.

Fee is very low considering the amount of works that needed to be done for a job. Unclear shopper brief, poor storyline in the instruction. Some of the jobs needed to wait 5 working days (i.e. for call back) before summitting the report, however as soon as it passed the 'planned visit day' they kept chasing the shopper to submit the report, every single day.
