At Educated Body we use Proinsight's audit app across 40 client contracts. It has enabled us to do away with time consuming Excel spreadsheets, streamline process, and save time and money. I have been mystery shopping with other companies for years and loved it, but this has been a totally different experience. I apply for jobs and they stay on my application page for days before obviously being given to someone else. I understand the need to work your way to the better shops but this seems quite impossible, there is not feedback given so I feel lost as to how to progress. So far, I've only been given one job where on arrival it was clear that money given wouldn't have covered the expense of what I was required to purchase. I submitted my report a week ago, it's not been looked at yet and no feedback. It just seems so slow and confusing. I would say don't let this put you off mystery shopping as a whole, as I said, I've found other companies to be much more efficient and fair.
Very sluggish to respond to messages and to approve work. They have a demeaning stars scheme to treat you like a child back at school. If they were to be marked on timeliness, then it would be a big fat zero!. All the good jobs get awarded to others, whilst they think they’re doing you a favour offering you the jobs no-one wants to do, as they involve paying out for experiences, with a meagre fee for the actual report. Appears to be a very self serving ethos they operate on. In regards to your reply, you have proved my point about your self centred attitude. You want to me to get in touch so you can give me the jobs left on the scrap heap that no one wants to do? No thanks.
Before joining the Proinsight team in 2017, I was a client of theirs. From the day I was introduced to Proinsight, I was inspired by their innovative, dynamic and diverse ways and immediately aspired to become a part of their team.
I joined Proinsight at the beginning of 2020 and although it has been a turbulent year and a half I've really enjoyed being part of the team! The company ethos and brand values are really embodied by the team and I'm really looking forward to the year ahead.

ProInsight is the best consumer research and mystery shopping company I have worked with. They have a fantastic range of shops and visits available across many sectors and industries.
