I find Proinsight a really easy company to work with. They are always available to answer any assignment questions and stay in touch regularly. The report process is easy to use and payment is made efficiently. The team are super helpful, especially Andy.

I have recently come across pro insight and I must say it seemed to good to be true, it was a very rewarding experience getting to do a very normal activity and observe and review it. Grace made my assignment very easy to understand and enjoyable I was left with no questions, I hope my next experience is as delightful as this one was. Would 100% recommend
Proinsight's market reach is mainly Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Sadly they aren't available in India, something I found out only after the initial online test. Hope I can work with them in future.
I could not praise Grace more! She was extremely helpful, positive and knowledgeable. I’ve tried mystery shopping with Amber Arch in the past and it has not been a pleasant experience. Thoroughly recommend Proinsight and ask for Grace, you will not be disappointed.

I am quite confused as I did a mistery shop in June 23. It was approved on the 1st of July. On the 15th of August, pay date cut, it was not paid. I chased it straight away and I was told that It would be dealt with it. Nothing happened the day after, I called again and I was told this this time : It would be deal with today/tomorrow top as we are busy with emails. You guess it, nothing has been done yet . I try to call them but most of the time the call don't go through as well. It was only a £27.60 job and to be fair I am happy I did just this one and not more. To me this does not sit right and it feels like a red flag! Edit : After my 6th or more call today, a manager reached out to me over email and I was told that they tried paid me on the 15th of July but the payment bounced back. I was not informed of this but yeah. They confirmed I will be manually paid on the 1st of September. I am still a bit sketched out from this experience. I will change my stars to 3 but this situation has been far from enjoyable. Getting in touch with them is so difficult! Further update: I got finally paid on the 1st of September.
Four week internship Came not knowing exactly what to expect from 'Proinsight' but exceeded my expectations and gave me an unforgettable experience which helped me learn a lot. Enjoyed working with team in London bridge and my supervisor Ben. Was a huge help when learning my way around how the company works and the work given to me.
I have been a loyal mystery shopper with Proinsight. However, I feel the quality of customer service has been very poor. No one seems to answer the phone, and it takes 3–4 days to get back to an email or call back. There has been some discrepancy with the invoicing to a shop I have completed without any notification as to why until I took the time to go back and question it. My husband and I have been taking a lot of time out of our day to ensure we have called numerous times to speak to the staff members regarding any specific shops that require completing. It seems that they are purposely not giving us any. We have seen them given to other people on the same day while we were refused. We no longer feel valued, and it’s better not to complete any shops if this is how we are treated. We used to take time during the month to complete them and ensure they were done above and beyond standards. It’s just disappointing, and I hope things can change in the foreseeable future. Jack doesn’t seem to give any replies, and I’ve heard from a number of people who I have referred to join Proinsight that they are no longer happy with me completing any shops for them. It’s such a shame, as we really had established a good relationship with the company.
