Sent me a mug without the correct coloured background and shocking quality. I've since sent more than one email requesting that they just refund me for this as to ensure I got the item in time I had to rebuy- but an offer had finished so it actually cost me more. They've just ignored my last emails and I've not heard anything or had a refund.

Poor quality products which are very expensive. Customer service is terrible and because their products are special order you don’t have any way of getting a refund! Avoid this company because if your not happy with the service or product you will not get a refund ! Don’t waste your money .

This is the second time I've ordered a personalized mug for a present. I have been really happy with the delivery, print on the mug and the coaster and sweets. Easy to place order, fabulous value and quick delivery. Definitely recommend.

Our order unfortunately arrived wrong, the faces on the face masks were stretched out and unidentifiable. However, I called customer service and the lovely Pheobe picked up. I think its extremely rare nowadays to receive impeccable customer service, in fact I think its rare to receive even remotely decent service but Pheobe provided impeccable. The situation was sorted within minutes... I received a tracking number for the new ones to be sent out in time for our fast approaching deadline. She had a great phone voice, great email etiquette and I am very thankful for her as she saved me for our company event and kept me calm throughout the whole palaver. Thanks Pheobe

Good quality coasters for the price - I liked being able to position the photo to set it effectively into the square of the coaster. Communication was good and it arrived quickly

Two personalised mugs were ordered but unfortunately, one was broken in transit. I emailed photos of this and Beth replied very quickly assuring a replacement would be sent out asap. Within a couple of days the replacement mug arrived and the recipient was delighted with the gift. It's refreshing to find an online company which goes to the trouble of communicating and providing good customer service. Excellent range of products for bespoke gifts at good prices. Will definitely use again.
