Brilliant service. Could have ended up with fuzzy mask as photos weren't high quality, but they offered refund if I couldn't find a decent one. Finally did and very pleased with outcome.

Slow to deliver and had the incorrect text on the mug. Ended up going to Moonpig, which cost about £2 more but was delivered the next day with no problems.
It was easy process online. Then I realised after a week or so and payment ha been taken for Delivery. I want happy that I didn't receive the items. I then called customer services they kindly refunded my delivery. And that there had been a problem with a Batch. However i still wasn't happy that they took over 7 days for delivery.
