Item didn’t arrive within a few days. No info on tracking except a date when the order was placed. Rang customer service to be told my item had been lost in the post. They clearly knew this but made no effort to contact me. This was before my name or order number was taken so it seems something major had gone wrong. Item then sent for next day delivery. Item arrived next day, although courtier gave me wrong parcel initially and I had to catch him up to swap parcel.

I ordered a photo mug that did not arrive some ten days later. I had to contact the company about this who said they had a problem with couriers and wanted to know if I would still like my product!!!! As I paid for this in advance, I obviously said yes but three days later I have still not received my order. Would not use them again.
