First order never arrived, contacted the company as needed the order for a party and they dispatched another asap and it arrive on the day so great service.

My order number - 100007238 I’m still waiting for my order, I was given a tracking link however the status doesn’t seem to update from ‘order placed’ I placed the order on 29/9 and required this item for this Saturday to present as a gift. But that looks highly unlikely from happening. I had a BMW rear light delivered from Germany faster. I placed both orders on tbe same day. By the way, the BMW item has been delivered and fitted but no sign of this mug.
