I haven’t used the product yet and hope I never do. But the construction of the blanket seems strong enough to extinguish a fire. As a former firefighter it seems legit. I like that you can hang it up for easy access. Customer service is wonderful. Quick response.

I saw your ad on TV and concluded that was something I wanted for our house and for my two 50 year old "kids". It was easy and fast to order and get the fire blankets, and they were not too expensive. Can't get any better than that. I just shipped off the blanket Christmas presents, and the woman running the Pack & Ship store wanted to know how to get them. I told her.

The fire blanket arrived intact and ready for use, however I hope to never have to use it. We have located close to the gas stove.

Bought fire blankets for myself and family members. Have not used them, thank goodness. But feel safer already to be prepared for anything. Also bought the Pen detector. Have not used yet, but I sure will when we use hotels, rentals.

I forgot to use a $5 off coupon. I sent an e-mail to see if i could still use the coupon and get a refund. My e-mail was answered quickly and I did receive a refund. Thank You

I made a mistake on the shipping address and reached out to the Prepared Hero team for help. The response was quick which was refreshing. They offered to send my products to the correct address right away - all I had to pay was $10 for shipping. This was a welcome relief. I appreciate this excellent customer service!

Easy ordering fast shipping and all ready if needed

I purchased 8 of your fire. Blankets but have not received them yet. Due to the postal strike. I’m sure they will be great but on the other hand, I hope we never NEED to use them. If there was any other way that they could be sent, beside Canada post, would be fantastic !
